Consumer withdrawal rights for distance contracts and other arrangements for changing an order.
14-day right of withdrawal
Consumers may withdraw from a distance service contract without giving a reason within 14 days after it is concluded. Send a clear withdrawal statement within this period to vorobjovaprogrammig@inbox.eu or the registered address. The model below is optional; any unambiguous statement is sufficient.
Starting before the period ends
We start a consumer service before the 14-day period expires only at the consumer’s express request. If the consumer later withdraws, a proportionate payment for properly delivered work may be due where the required information and request to start were provided. The right is lost after full performance only where the prior express consent and acknowledgement required by law were obtained. An ordinary enquiry or confirmation that the privacy policy was read does not replace these consents.
Refunds
For statutory withdrawal, we refund the amount due within 14 days after receiving the notice. We use the original payment method unless expressly agreed otherwise and do not charge a refund fee. Any lawful proportionate charge is explained in writing.
Other cancellations
After the statutory withdrawal period, or for a purchase made for business purposes, termination is agreed in writing. Properly completed work and previously approved non-refundable costs are taken into account. Any prepaid balance for unperformed work is refunded after reconciliation. Statutory rights arising from a breach remain available.
Rescheduling
Please tell us as early as possible if you need to change a meeting or work window. A new time is agreed subject to availability. Extra costs apply only where their basis and amount were agreed in advance and comply with applicable law.
Defective services
This policy does not limit rights to correction of defective work or other statutory remedies. Contact vorobjovaprogrammig@inbox.eu and explain the agreed outcome and the issue encountered.
