Data controller

Enquiry form information
The form may contain your name, email, client type, company, country, selected service, budget and project description. These details remain in browser memory while a message is prepared. The website does not submit the form to a server or store it persistently. We receive the information only if you send the prepared email yourself. The copy button writes the message to your device clipboard after your action.
Contract and technical information
For an order, we use necessary contact, contract, billing and project information. The hosting provider may process IP addresses, technical browser information and security logs. The website has no analytics, advertising pixels or third-party font requests.
Purposes and legal bases
Enquiry handling and contract performance rely on GDPR Article 6(1)(b). Accounting and other mandatory processing rely on legal obligations, Article 6(1)(c). Limited processing for service security and legal claims relies on legitimate interests, Article 6(1)(f), balanced against individual rights. An enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.
Client data during IT work
If we process personal data on a client’s behalf and instructions, the necessary processing agreement, access restrictions and return or deletion arrangements are agreed before that work begins. The client must be authorised to grant access. The public website form does not request passwords or uploads of working data.
Recipients and transfers
Email and hosting providers, accounting providers and technical providers agreed for a project may process information as necessary. Authorities may receive data where there is a lawful basis. We do not sell personal data. Processing outside the European Economic Area requires a valid transfer basis and appropriate safeguards.
Retention
Enquiries that do not result in a purchase are normally kept for up to 12 months after the last substantive contact. Contract and billing data is retained for statutory periods and, where needed, legal claims. Deletion of temporary project copies is agreed for each project. Unsent form content is not persistently stored by the site and is lost when the page is closed or reloaded.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction and, where applicable, portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where consent is used, it may be withdrawn for future processing. We normally respond within one month. Contact vorobjovaprogrammig@inbox.eu.
