How we arrange remote services, access and the handover of work.
Delivery format
Services are primarily delivered through remote access, agreed digital channels and online meetings. No physical goods are shipped through this website. On-site work or travel requires a separate written agreement.
Start and schedule
Work starts after the offer is accepted, required information and authorised access are available, and agreed payment conditions are met. Timing shown on service pages is a planning estimate. A specific start date and any maintenance or interruption window are confirmed before work begins.
Controlled access
Remote connections are made only with an authorised client’s permission. Access scope, tools and removal of permissions are agreed before technical work. Do not send passwords, recovery codes or sensitive data through the website form. Before moving or changing data, backup arrangements and, where relevant, a rollback plan are agreed.
Handover
Handover uses the documentation, checks and meetings described in the package. Configuration guidance and summaries are delivered through agreed digital channels. The client can review the result and report defects against the agreed scope.
Delays and dependencies
If missing access, a supplier limitation or another obstacle affects timing, we explain the issue and agree the next step. Deadlines are not silently extended. Statutory rights remain available where the provider is responsible for delay.
Follow-up support
Included follow-up hours and periods are stated on the service page or in the offer. Further maintenance or additional tasks require a separate agreement. Statutory responsibility for defective work is not limited by the length of additional support.
